Heard the learned Standing Counsel for the Municipal Corporation Sri Sampath Prabhakar Reddy and Sri K.Ravi Kumar for the unofficial respondent No.3.

When the matter is taken up, it is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that for redressal of grievance of the petitioner herein petitioner filed a representation/complaint vide Complaint No.201408W102501 on 30.01.2015, but no action has been taken so far on the said representation/complaint and a request is made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, to direct the respondent Municipal Corporation to take appropriate action on the same, in accordance with law. 3.

On the other hand, it is submitted by the learned Standing Counsel for the respondent Municipal Corporation that the said representation/complaint dated 30.01.2015 will be verified and appropriate action will be taken in accordance with law, after giving notice to all the stake holders including the third respondent and the petitioner herein. 4.

For the aforesaid reasons, without expressing any opinion on the merits and demerits of the matter, the writ petition is disposed of, directing the respondent Municipal Corporation to verify and take appropriate action on the representation/complaint dated 30.01.2015 filed by the petitioner herein, in accordance with law, after giving notice to all the stake holders including the petitioner and the unofficial respondent, as expeditiously as possible, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
