This Criminal petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C seeking to quash the proceedings in P.R.C. No.11 of 2010 arising out of Crime No.48 of 2008 on the file of Judicial Magistrate of First Class Magistrate at Arakuvalley, Visakhapatnam District. 2.

Heard arguments of learned counsel for the petitioners. 3.

Learned counsel for petitioners submits that the matter is settled out of Court and therefore, this petition may be closed with liberty to the petitioners to agitate their rights before the appropriate forums.
