Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner, the learned Government Pleader and the learned Standing Counsel for the Municipal Corporation. 2.

According to the petitioner, he is the absolute owner of the Plot No.93, admeasuring 250 Sq yards situated at Mansoorabad Village, Saroornagar Mandal, L.B.Nagar Municipality, Ranga Reddy District and he purchased the said property by virtue of a Registered Sale Deed Document No.4730 of 2003 dated 28.09.2003.

The complaint of the writ petitioner is that the Municipal Corporation authorities without any recourse to law laid a road across the lands of the petitioner herein and despite a number of representations given no compensation has been paid so far to the petitioner. 4.

In fact, the material available on record discloses that the petitioner herein submitted a representation dated 15.04.2017 to the respondents herein and according to the petitioner herein no action has been initiated on the said representation. Right to property is a Constitutional right as enshrined under Article 300-A of the Constitution of India, which stipulates that no citizen of this country shall be deprived of his or her property except in accordance with the procedure established by law. According to the petitioner, without recourse to law, the respondents herein laid the road across the lands of the petitioner.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances, this Court deems it appropriate to dispose of the writ petition with a direction to the respondents to verify the said representation dated 15.04.2017 said to have been filed by

the petitioner herein and take appropriate action as per law as expeditiously as possible.

Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of. As a sequel miscellaneous applications pending, if any, shall stand disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
