This Criminal Petition, under Section 482 Cr.P.C., is filed by the petitioners, seeking to quash the proceedings in Crime No.93 of 2019 of Maddirala Police Station, Suryapet District. 2.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioners, learned Additional Public Prosecutor representing respondent No.1-State and perused the record.

Learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that neither the names of the petitioners are mentioned in the complaint nor they are arrayed as accused in the FIR.

In view of the above submission, this Court is not inclined to quash the aforesaid proceedings.

Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is dismissed. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
