Vide the present petitions, the petitioners seek permission to compound the offence registered under Sections 323, 465 and 408 of the Indian Penal Code (for short, 'I.P.C.') and Sections 3 and 4 of the Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989 (for short, 'the Act of 1989'), in crime No. 80 2013 of Sullurpet Police Station, S.P.S.R. Nellore District. Since the issue is same in both the petitions, therefore, being disposed of by this common order.

Both learned counsel for the petitioners submit that the aforesaid case registered on the complaint of de facto complainant-respondent No. 2 against the petitioners. Thereafter, due to intervention of the common friends and the respectable members of the society, the petitioners and respondent No. 2 have amicably settled all the disputes. Thus, respondent No. 2 does not want to pursue the case further against the petitioners. Respondent No. 2 is personally present in Court. For her identification, respondent No. 2 has produced the original Adhar Card issued by the Government of India vide No. 883609448267. Original seen and returned to respondent No. 2. Photo copy of the same is taken on record. Learned counsel for respondent No. 2 submits that the matter has been amicably settled. Respondent No. 2 does not want to pursue the case

crl.p_13123_2013 further against the petitioners and if crime No. 80 2013 of Sullurpet Police Station is quashed, she has no objection thereto. Keeping in view the settlement arrived between the parties and respondent No. 2 has no objection if crime No. 80 of 2013 is quashed against the petitioners, I hereby, accordingly, quash crime No. 80 of 2013 registered at Sullurpet Police Station, S.P.S.R. Nellore District, for the offence punishable under Sections 323, 465 and 408 of I.P.C. and Sections 3 and 4 of the Act of 1989.

The petitions are, accordingly, allowed.
