B/O tk IA.No.1 OF 2022 This Application has been filed seeking relaxation of the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.P.5874 of 2022, dt.19.07.2022, while granting bail to this petitioner that the petitioner/A2 shall execute a personal bond for a sum of Rs.50,000/- (Rupees Fifty Thousand only) with two sureties for a likesum each to the satisfaction of VII Addl.Metropolitan Magistrate, Nampally at Hyderabad.

Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits the petitioner's family is a poor family and his family members also suffering with ill-health, as such, prayed to reduce the surety amount to Rs.10,000/-.

In the said circumstances, the surety amount that was granted by this Court on 19.07.2022 in Crl.P.o.5875 of 2022 is reduced from Rs.50,000/- to Rs.25,000/-.
