From the note of the Registry as well as the representation made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the main suit itself is disposed of on 20.10.2012 and the revision is liable to be dismissed as infructuous.

2) In the result, the revision is dismissed as infructuous. Further remedy, if any, is left open while agitating against the decree of the trial Court, if at all. No order as to costs. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed.
