The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that since the subject suit in O.S.No.563 of 2009 on the file of the I Additional Senior Civil Judge, Ranga Reddy District at L.B.Nagar, was disposed of, nothing survives for adjudication in this revision, which is filed challenging an interlocutory order passed in the said suit.

Recording the said submission, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this CRP, shall stand closed.
