THE HON'BLE DR.JUSTICE SHAMEEM AKTHER CRIMINAL PETITION NO.2814 OF 2014 ORDER:

This petition is filed by the petitioner-sole accused under Section 482 Cr.P.C. to quash the proceedings in C.C.No.819 of 2013 on the file of the XIII Metropolitan Magistrate, L.B.Nagar, Cyberabad, which took cognizance of the offences punishable under Sections 498-A IPC and 3 and 4 of Dowry Prohibition Act.

On written instructions, learned Assistant Public Prosecutor would submit that the trial in the subject case was terminated on 26.09.2014. Under these circumstances, there is nothing to adjudicate.

Therefore, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending in this Criminal Petition shall stand closed.
