Heard Mr.Kuriti Bhaskara Rao, for petitioner and the learned Assistant Government Pleader for respondents.

The petitioner, apprehending dispossession from an extent of Ac.2-30 cents of Vemulavalasa Village, Anandapuram Mandal, Visakhapatnam District covered by patta No.112, together with pattadar passbook/title deed No.124297, as illegal and unconstitutional filed the instant writ petition.

The Assistant Government Pleader referring to instructions submits that firstly, the respondents are not interfering with the possession and enjoyment of petition land and in the event of interference warranted by circumstances, the same will be in accordance with law. The statement is placed on record and accepted. Writ petition is accordingly disposed of. No order as to costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending, shall stand closed.
