This Criminal Revision Case is filed under Sections 397 and 401 of Cr.P.C. challenging the orders dated 06.04.2015 passed in Crl.M.P.No.2146 of 2014 (Old Crl.M.P.No.1154 of 2013) in C.C.No.459 of 2014 (Old C.C.No.632 of 2012) on the file of the Court of the VI Special Magistrate, Hyderabad. Learned counsel for the first respondent is present. There was no representation on behalf of the petitioners on 19.10.2016 and 26.10.2016. Today also, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioners even though the matter is listed under the caption 'for dismissal'. It seems that the petitioners are not interested to prosecute the matter.

Hence, the Criminal Revision Case is dismissed for non-prosecution.
