The petitioner's grievance is that the petitioner had filed ROR Appeal No.A3/939/2019 before the 2nd respondent in February, 2019 and 2nd respondent has not passed any orders therein. 2.

Learned Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for the respondents states that the 2nd respondent will dispose of the said appeal within three months, after hearing of the interested parties. 3.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the 2nd respondent to dispose of the appeal within three months. No costs. 4.

As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, shall stand closed.
