This Writ Petition is filed by petitioner challenging the inaction of 4th respondent in disposing of petitioner's application dt.09-01-2019 made in Form VI-A under the Telangana Right to Land and Pattadar Passbooks Act, 1971 for mutation of her name in the revenue records.

Learned Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for respondents states that the 4th respondent will dispose of application of petitioner within eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate his decision to the petitioner. 3.

In view of the said submission, this Writ Petition is disposed of directing the 4th respondent to dispose of petitioner's application dt.09-01-2019 within eight (08) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate his decision to the petitioner. No costs.

As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, shall stand closed.
