Sri M.K.Raj Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioner, states that pursuant to the interim order passed by this Court on 27.04.2012, the respondents released the vehicle bearing registration No.AP 05BA 9985 by imposing the penalty as per rules. He states that in the light of the aforestated developments, no orders are required to be passed in this writ petition.

Recording the said statement, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. Pending Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, shall also stand dismissed. No order as to costs.
