This Civil Revision Petition, under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, is filed by the revision petitioners/ plaintiff Nos.2 and 3 aggrieved by the order, dated 28.02.2018, passed in I.A.No.162 of 2016 in O.S.No.25 of 2015 by the Junior Civil Judge, Narayankhed, wherein the Court below has dismissed the subject application filed by the revision petitioners/ plaintiff Nos.2 and 3 and respondent No.3/ plaintiff No.1 seeking to direct the Mandal Revenue Officer/ Tahsildar, Narayankhed, to produce the original proceedings of ROR for the year 1989-90, original ownership certificate proceedings vide Proc.No.D/ 908/ 2012, dated 03.04.2012, Proc.No.D/ 909/ 2012, Proc.No.D/ 9010/ 2012, Proc.No.D/ 9011/ 2012, Proc.No.D/ 9012/ 2012, Proc.No.D/ 9013/ 2012 and Proc.No.D/ 9014/ 2012.

Heard learned counsel for the revision petitioners/ plaintiff Nos.2 and 3 and perused the record.

It is contended that certain unnecessary findings were recorded by the Court below, while dismissing the subject application. In view of the submissions made on behalf of the revision petitioners/ plaintiff Nos.2 and and respondent No.3/ plaintiff No.1, the Court below, while dismissing the subject application, recorded certain findings that the sanctity of the subject documents will be decided after full-fledged trial and that

in terms of Order XI Rule 14 C.P.C., the Court may at any time call for production of documents, if necessary. In view of the facts and circumstances of the case, since the Court below made certain observations with regard to the subject documents, no further observations are required to be made by this Court. The Civil Revision Petition is devoid of merit and is liable to be dismissed.

Accordingly, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed. Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Civil Revision Petition shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
