During hearing, learned counsel for the respondent, on instructions, reported no objection to withdraw H.M.O.P.No.5 of 2016 pending on the file of Senior Civil Judge, Amalapuram, East Godavari District, and transfer the same to Judge, Family Court-cum-III Additional District Judge, Vizianagaram, and endorsed the same on the transfer civil miscellaneous petition.

Recording the above submission, the transfer civil miscellaneous petition is allowed withdrawing H.M.O.P.No.5 of 2016 pending on the file of Senior Civil Judge, Amalapuram, East Godavari District, and transferring the same to Judge, Family Court-cum-III Additional District Judge, Vizianagaram. There shall be no order as to costs.
