THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S.V.BHATT W.P. No.18459 of 2018 ORDER:

Heard Mr K.Lakshman for petitioners.

The petitioners filed revision before the Joint Collector, Jangaon/3rd respondent assailing the orders of respondent No.4 in Appeal No.I/360/2017 dated 14.03.2018.

The grievance of the petitioners is that the 3rd respondent ought to have either taken up the stay petition filed by the petitioners or hear the revision and passed orders.

Learned counsel appearing for the respondents do not object to dispose of the revision uninfluenced by this order or any observation made herein.

The prayer since is against inaction, this Court is of the view that the 3rd respondent is directed to take up the stay petition filed by the petitioners, afford opportunity to contesting the respondents before him and pass orders within four (04) weeks from today.

The parties are directed to maintain status quo as regards entries in revenue records for a period of four weeks from today.

Writ petition is disposed of as indicated above. No order as to costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending, shall stand closed.
