Petitioner's grievance is that application dt.17-08-2019 made by petitioner to 4th respondent for inclusion of a particular parcel of land belonging to him in the digital passbook has not been disposed of by 4th respondent till date.

Learned Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for respondents states that the 4th respondent will dispose of application of petitioner within eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate his decision to the petitioner. 3.

In view of the said submission, this Writ Petition is disposed of directing the 4th respondent to dispose of petitioner's application dt.17-08-2019 within eight (08) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate his decision to the petitioner. No costs.

As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, shall stand closed.
