HONOURABLE Dr. JUSTICE B.SIVA SANKARA RAO WRIT PETITION No.23016 of 2017 ORDER :

This writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, seeking the following relief: " ...to issue an appropriate Writ, Order or Direction, more particularly one in the nature of writ of Mandamus, declaring the inaction of the respondent authorities in providing employment in their company in lieu of donating the land belonging to the petitioner to an extent of Ac.0.50 cents in Sy.No.125/ C situated at Chaganam village, Sydapuram Mandal, SPSR Nellore District, inspite of the written representation dated 17-4-2017 followed by personal visits, as being illegal, arbitrary, unjust and unconstitutional and against to the principles of natural justice and consequently direct the respondent authorities to provide employment to the person nominated by the petitioner pursuant to the representation dt.17-4-2017, and to grant such other relief or reliefs as this Hon'ble court deems fit and proper in the circumstance of the case."

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Smt.J.Koteswari Devi, learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents and perused the prayer in the writ petition with supporting affidavit.

Learned Standing Counsel submits that the petitioner is not entitled to seek any employment as per the Rules and there is nothing to believe any such assurance and the

Authorities not entitled by any of the provisions, to give such assurances.

Without going into the merits, the respondent-Authorities are directed to dispose of the representation dated 17-04-2017 submitted by the petitioner, on own merits, within one month from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand dismissed. No costs.
