This Tr.CMP. is filed seeking transfer of O.P.No.20 of 2018 on the file of the Family Court, Karimnagar to the Family Court, Secunderabad.

Petitioner is the wife of the respondent. The respondent filed the said O.P. for dissolution of their marriage which took place on 20.11.2015 on the ground of cruelty. 3.

Petitioner in this Tr.CMP. contends that she is residing with her parents at Secunderabad and she cannot travel to Karimnagar as there is a life threat for her at Karimnagar. 4.

Though counsel for the respondent opposed the petitioner's request for transfer, having regard to the fact that petitioner is residing in Secunderabad with her parents and would have difficulty in traveling to Karimnagar to attend the proceedings in the O.P., the O.P.No.20 of 2018 is transferred from the Family Court, Karimnagar to the Family Court, Kukatpally. 5.

Accordingly, this Tr.CMP. is allowed. No order as to costs. 6.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending if any, shall stand closed.
