The Court made the following:

ORDER:

This Writ Petition is filed for a Mandamus to declare the action of respondent No.8 in threatening to dispossess the petitioners' from their respective houses bearing H.Nos.19-16-95/28A, 19-15-1695/1 and Plot Nos.78, 19, 713, 20, 8, 71, 41, 29, 227, 10 and Plot No.1 situated at S.T.Colony, Bavaji Nagar, Sangatigunta, Guntur Town and District, without following the procedure contemplated under law, as illegal and arbitrary.

After arguing the case, Mr. G.Venkateswarlu, learned counsel for the petitioners, requested for permission of the Court to withdraw the Writ Petition with liberty to his clients to file a fresh Writ Petition as their grievance is mainly against respondent No.3 and proper averments have not been made in this regard.

The Writ Petition is, accordingly, dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioners in terms of the prayer made.
