This writ petition has been filed challenging the orders passed by the Industrial Tribunal, where the punishment of removal imposed against the petitioner was set aside, and the punishment of deferment of one annual grade increment without cumulative effect was imposed. 2.

When the matter is taken up for hearing, the counsel for the petitioner submits that during the pendency of this writ petition, the petitioner has attained the age of superannuation, and therefore, no further orders are necessary in the writ petition. 3.

Accordingly, the writ petition is closed, as no further orders are necessary. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
