The petitioners/accused Nos.1 to 3 and the 1st respondentdefacto complainant of crime No.277 of 2017 of Ghatkesar Police Station, Medchal District, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 468, 471, 506 IPC, present before the Court and stated that they settled the matter amicably outside the Court and the terms of the compromise was also appended. In view of compromise of the parties, the offences are compounded and the accused are acquitted and the bail bonds of the accused, if any, shall stand cancelled.

Accordingly and in the result, both the Crl.P.M.P.No.10538 of and the criminal petition are allowed.
