THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE SURESH KUMAR KAIT AND THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE ABHINAND KUMAR SHAVILI W.P.No.18532 of 2018 ORDER: (Per the Hon'ble Sri Justice Suresh Kumar Kait) Vide the present petition, petitioner seeks a direction to the 4th respondent to dispose of the representation dated 29.01.2018 filed by him in a time bound manner.

Keeping in view the averments made in the instant writ petition and the submission of the learned counsel for petitioner, we hereby direct the 4th respondent to dispose of the representation dated 29.01.2018 filed by petitioner, within two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. A written communication shall be sent to the petitioner within one week after the decision taken by the 4th respondent.

With the above direction, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this petition shall stand closed.
