The prayer in the writ petition is to declare the action of the 5th respondent in not issuing new pattadar pass books and title deed in favour of petitioner mother and wife. Since petitioner is not seeking issuance of pass book and title deed in his favour, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to file fresh writ petition.
