It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioners that the cause in the writ petition does not survive for adjudication and the writ petition has become infructuous. Recording the aforesaid submission of the learned counsel, writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. Interim order, if any, granted earlier by this Court stands vacated. No order as to costs.
