This criminal petition is filed, by the petitioners / accused No.22, under Section 438 Cr.P.C., seeking anticipatory bail in Crime No.7 of 2017 on the file of the Station House Officer, Y.V.Palem Police Station, Chittoor district.

The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of the Court to permit the petitioner to withdraw the Criminal Petition with liberty to avail the remedies available to him under law. Permission is accorded.

In the result, granting the liberty as prayed for, the Criminal petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
