HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY C.R.P. No. 1829 OF 2015 ORDER :

This Civil Revision Petition is filed against order dated 19.02.2015 in I.A.No.38 of 2015 in C.M.A No.5 of 2015, wherein the lower Appellate Court refused to suspend the orders of the Court of the Principal Junior Civil Judge, Adoni in I.A.No.1219/2011 in O.S.No.306 of 2011 dated 20.01.2015, wherein the trial Court granted temporary injunction.

When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner sought for disposal of the Civil Revision Petition with a direction for disposal of main CMA itself by the lower Appellate Court, for which, learned counsel for the respondent also consented thereto. In view of the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner, without going into the merits of the case, the Civil Revision Petition is disposed of directing the lower Appellate Court to dispose of the main CMA i.e., C.M.A No.5 of 2015 itself on merits, within a period of eight (8) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any pending in this Civil Revision Petition shall stand closed.
