Sri V.R. Reddy Kovvuri, learned counsel for the petitioner, filed a letter dated 11.11.2013 stating that there are factual mistakes in the Writ affidavit and seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the writ petition with a liberty to file a fresh Petition.

In view of the same, permission is accorded to withdraw the Writ Petition.
