CVNR, J & JUD, J W.P.No.20760 of 2017 ORDER: (Per Hon'ble Sri Justice C.V.Nagarjuna Reddy) This writ petition is filed for the following substantive relief: ".... to issue an appropriate writ, order or direction, more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Habeas Corpus directing respondent Nos.2 and 5 to track the whereabouts of the petitioner's minor child Master Ayush Krishab Gadde and produce him before this Hon'ble Court and also direct respondent No.6 to produce before this Hon'ble Court the petitioner's minor child Master Ayush Krishab Gadde and cause return of the minor child to the custody of the petitioner and to further direct respondent No.6 to hand over the passport of the minor child Ayush Krishab Gadde, which is in his custody, to the petitioner."

At the hearing, the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home (TS) placed before the Court an order dated 21.07.2017 passed by the Supreme Court in Special Leave Petition ( C ) No.17055 of 2017, wherein respondent No.6 herein, who is the petitioner in the said S.L.P., was directed to be personally present before the Supreme Court along with the child Ayush on 25.07.2017 to which date the S.L.P. was posted. Mr. Govardhan Reddy Joundla, who entered appearance for respondent No.6 confirmed the aforementioned fact. In view of the above subsequent development, the cause in this writ petition does not survive for adjudication. The Writ Petition is accordingly disposed of as infructuous.

As a sequel to disposal of the writ petition, WPMP Nos.25474, 25475 and 29167 of 2017 filed by the petitioner for interim relief and to receive the additional material papers on record, are disposed of as infructuous.
