THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM WRIT PETITION No. 21526 of 2019 ORDER:

In this Writ Petition, grievance of petitioner is, non-disposal of Revision Case bearing No.CS6/72/2017 filed by her on 23.04.2018 before the second respondent - Collector (C.S.), Nizamabad District.

Considering the nature of grievance of the petitioner, this Writ Petition is disposed of with the direction to the second respondent to consider and dispose of the Revision Case filed by the petitioner in accordance with law, that too, after hearing the petitioner, within a period of four (4) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

Miscellaneous Petitions, if any pending, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
