Since the contentions raised in these Writ Petitions are similar to the contentions raised in W.P.Nos.13242 and 22362 of 2015 and the counsel for the petitioners herein have adopted the submissions of Sri Gangaiah Naidu, Senior Counsel who appeared in those writ petitions, for reasons alike, these writ petitions are also dismissed in terms of the order dt.06.01.2016 in W.P.No.13242 and 22362 of 2015. There shall be no order as to costs.
