THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY W.P.NOS.18483 AND 18596 OF 2018 COMMON ORDER The prayer in both the writ petitions is as under: "For the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavits, it is hereby prayed that this Court may be pleased to issue a writ, order or direction, one or more particularly in the nature of the writ of 'Mandamus" declaring the action of the respondents in not permitting the petitioners to run their theatres as per the rates mentioned in their applications though the G.O.Ms.No.100 dated 26.04.2013 issued by the 1st respondent is set aside by virtue of orders passed in W.P.No.18779 of 2014 and batch dated 31.10.

2016 allowing the cinema theatres to run as per the rates informed to the licensing authority, as illegal and arbitrary and to permit the petitioners to collect price deemed appropriate by them as their applications dated 14.05.2018, 15.05.2018 and 18.05.2018 and 01.06.2018, respectively and to pass such other order or orders as this court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case." Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners in both the writ petitions submit that the lis in the present writ petitions is squarely covered by the order dated 31.10.2016 in W.P.No.19046 of 2014 and batch, and order dated 13.04.2017 in WPMP. No.16343 of 2017 in W.P.No.18779 of 2014. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home appearing for respondents, does not the dispute the above submission of the learned counsel for the petitioners.

In view of the same and for the reasons alike, present writ petitions are also disposed of in terms of the afore-stated orders. Office is directed to enclose copies of the afore-stated orders, dated 31.10.2016 in W.P.No.19046 of 2014 and batch and order, dated 13.04.2017, in WPMP. No.16343 of 2017 in W.P.No.18779 of 2014, to this order. Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
