This writ petition is filed by the Petitioner Corporation seeking to issue a writ of certiorari, calling for the records relating and connecting to the impugned Award, dated 16.11.2001, passed in I.D.No.70/2000 by the Industrial Tribunal-cum-Labour Court, Visakhapatnam, whereby the 1st respondent/workman was directed to be reinstated into service without back wages, but with continuity of service after the workman paying an amount of Rs.5,219/- towards the loss sustained by the Corporation, and quash the same, holding it as arbitrary and illegal. At the time of hearing, it is brought to the notice of this Court that the issue involved in this writ petition is similar to W.P.No.11974 of 2002 and the same was dismissed by this court on 23.07.2018. In view of the same, this writ petition is also dismissed in terms of W.P.No.11974 of 2002, dated 23.07.2018. No order as to costs. Pending miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand closed in consequence.
