HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE T.VINOD KUMAR WP.No.24881 OF 2021 ORDER:

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner, the learned Government Pleader for Energy for respondent No.1, and Sri R.Vinod Reddy, learned Standing Counsel, for respondent Nos.2 to 4. With their consent, the Writ Petition is disposed of at the stage of admission itself.

In this writ petition, petitioner is aggrieved by the action of the respondent No.s 3 & 4 in not receiving the application and releasing the power supply to the premises of the petitioner bearing plot No.21 admeasuring 500 Sq.Yards in Sy.No.376/A of Kukatpally Village, Kukatpally Mandal, under GHMC Kukatpally Circle, Medchal-Malkajgiri District. 3.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has stated the respondent authorities are not even receiving the application made by the petitioner for releasing the power supply to the subject premises belonging to the petitioner. 4.

Learned Standing Counsel for respondent Nos.2 to 4, on instructions, has stated that if the petitioner makes an application, again, the authorities will receive the same and pass necessary orders thereon, as per law.

In view of the above made submissions, the petitioner is directed to submit an application before the respondent Nos.3

& 4 seeking release of the power supply, which shall be received by the authorities and necessary orders be passed thereon, strictly as per law, as expeditiously as possible, preferably, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.

The miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
