Kallem Srikanth v. The State Of A.P. And Another
THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE P.KESHAVA RAO Crl.R.C.NO.1229 OF 2011 ORDER:
The present Criminal Revision Case is filed aggrieved by the orders passed in M.C.No.342 of 2009 dated 08.04.2011 on the file of the Additional Metropolitan Sessions Judge for the Trial of JHBBC-cum-Additional Family Court-cum-XXIII Additional Chief Judge, Hyderabad, awarding a sum of Rs.5,000/- (Rupees Five Thousand only) towards maintenance to the 2nd respondent.
Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner as well as the learned counsel appearing for the 1st respondent informed the Court that the matter has been settled out of Court and the parties are living separately. In fact, the 2nd respondent married again and leading her independent life.
In these circumstances, this Court is of the opinion that no further cause would survive for adjudication in the present Criminal Revision Case.
Accordingly, the Criminal Revision Case is dismissed. As a sequel, pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand dismissed.
