Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners; learned Government Pleader for Municipal Administration appearing for respondent No.1; learned Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for respondent No.2 and Sri Nimmagadda Venkateshwarlu, learned Standing Counsel appearing for respondent No.3. With their consent, the Writ Petition is disposed of at the admission stage itself.

The present Writ Petition came to be filed with the following prayer:

"...to issue an appropriate writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of writ of Mandamus by declaring the unilateral action of the respondents 2 & 3 in not devising the compensation package for the affected land and buildings of the petitioners situated on the existing 30' road leading to the Rural Police Station from the Koppaka Venkaiah vegetable market, at Ponnur, Guntur District, as illegal and against the principles f natural justce." 3.

When the matter is taken up for hearing, it is represented by the learned counsel for the petitioners that the issue involved in the writ petition is squarely covered by an order of this Court, dated 20.12.2016, rendered in W.P.No.44047 of 2016 and Batch. The same is not disputed by the learned counsel appearing for the respondents.

In that view of the matter, this Writ Petition is disposed of with the following terms:

a) The petitioners are given two (02) weeks time from today to file objections/explanation to the notice served on them. b) The 3rd respondent is directed to consider the objections/explanation and communicate the decision taken in this behalf within further period of three (03) weeks thereafter.
