Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Government Pleader for Revenue.

With the consent of both the parties, the Writ Petition is disposed of at the admission stage.

The present Writ Petition came to be filed with the following prayer:
'For the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit, it is hereby prayed that this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to issue a writ or order or direction more particularly one in the nature of writ of Mandamus declaring the inaction on the part of respondent Nos.1 to 4 in taking steps to evict respondent No.5 from the illegal encroachment of lands assigned to the petitioners situated in Survey No.507/ 5 admeasuring Ac.1.51 cents, Survey No.507/ 3 admeasuring Ac.1.50 cents, Survey No.507/ 11 admeasuring Ac.1.52 cents, Survey No.378/ 2 admeasuring Acs.2.65 cents, Survey No.507/ 1 admeasuring Acs.2.35 cents situated in Chirladinne Village, Kanigiri Mandal, Prakasam District as illegal and arbitrary'.

Though various grounds are raised, learned counsel for the petitioners restricts his prayer seeking a direction to respondentauthorities to consider the representations dated 30.06.2016 and
22.08.2016 made by the petitioners seeking action against respondent No.5.

Learned Government Pleader for Revenue submits that if the said representation is still pending consideration, the same will be dealt with in accordance with law.

Without going into merits of the case, having regard to the above submissions made, the writ petition is disposed of directing the respondent-authorities to consider the representations dated 30.06.2016 and 22.08.2016 made by the petitioners seeking action against respondent No.5, who according to the petitioners is an encroacher, as early as possible, in accordance with law. 7.
