HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE C.PRAVEEN KUMAR CONTEMPT CASE No.1345 of 2017 ORDER:

The present Contempt Case is filed under Sections 10 to 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act stating that the respondent has willfully and deliberately disobeyed the order dated 23.06.2017 passed in W.P.No.17505 of 2017, wherein this Court directed the respondents therein to consider the representation, if any, made by the petitioner, in accordance with law.

At the time when the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the respondent has complied with the order.

In view of the submission made, no order need to be passed and accordingly, the Contempt Case is closed. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
