HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE U.DURGA PRASAD RAO CRIMINAL PETITION No.7774 OF 2013 ORDER:

In this petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C, petitioners/A1 and A2 seek to quash the proceedings in C.C.No.101 of 2011 on the file of XV Metropolitan Magistrate at Medchel, Cyberabad, registered for the offences under Sections 420 and 406 of IPC.

When the matter came up for hearing, learned Assistant Public Prosecutor produced the case status of the lower court and submitted that the case has been disposed of on 31.12.2016 and therefore, the petition which is filed to quash the proceedings in C.C.No.101 of 2011 has become infructuous and hence the same may be dismissed. 3.

In view of the above submission of learned Public Prosecutor, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as Infructuous. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
