This writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking a Writ of Mandamus seeking to declare the action of the second respondent in granting permission vide letter bearing No. GP/48/APP/14 dated 14.09.2016 in favour of the third respondent in respect of government land, without any layout and without any title, in spite of the representations of the petitioner as illegal and arbitrary.

At the time of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to permit the petitioner to withdraw the writ petition with a liberty to avail the remedies available to her under law.

Permission is granted.
