THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE P. NAVEEN RAO WRIT PETITION No.18486 OF 2018 ORDER:

This Writ Petition is filed seeking the following relief: "... to issue a writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the 2nd respondent in not taking any action on the representation submitted by the petitioner dated 01.08.2017 also in not taking any action on subsequent representation of the petitioner dt.22.09.2018 pursuant to the orders of this Hon'ble Court dated 01.09.2017 in W.P.No.29418 of 2017 as illegal, arbitrary, violative of principles of natural justice and also in violation of Articles 14, 16 and 21 of the Constitution of India, consequently set-aside the termination order No.B/1201/2017 dated 12.06.2017 issued by the 4th respondent and pass such other order or orders as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case."

Petitioner earlier filed W.P.No.29418 of 2017. In the said Writ Petition though the petitioner prayed to declare the termination from service as illegal, unjust and unconstitutional, during the course of hearing of the Writ Petition, learned counsel for the petitioner restricted the prayer to seek a direction to the 2nd respondent therein to consider the representation 01.08.2017. Having regard to the request made, the Court disposed of the Writ Petition by order dated 01.09.2017 to dispose of the representation dated 01.08.2017 filed by the petitioner.

As can be seen from the prayer in the present Writ Petition, it is filed to dispose of the very same representation. As the substantive prayer in the earlier Writ Petition was already granted

by this Court, this Writ Petition is not maintainable and the same is liable to be dismissed.

The Writ Petition is accordingly dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
