3. The issue involved in this case is squarely covered by the order, dated 05.06.2015, in W.P.No.8665 of 2015 of this Court. Following the said order, this Writ Petition is disposed of. However, as the time granted to the petitioners herein by the Tribunal to pass orders expired, we direct the petitioners herein to take appropriate decision within a period of four (4) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate the same to the applicants within a period of two (2) weeks thereafter. There shall be no order as to costs.
