Heard. With the consent of both the counsel, this writ petition is disposed of at the admission stage. 2.

Petitioner claims that she has been working on consolidated basis though she was appointed on compassionate grounds. According to the petitioner several proposals were made for grant of regularization. But so far regularization is not granted. Petitioner is now on the verge of retirement. If benefit of regularization of her services is not extended before she attains the age of superannuation, great prejudice would be caused to the petitioner.

According to learned counsel for the petitioner, several representations are made by the petitioner, but so far they are not acted upon.

Having regard to these submissions and having regard to the proposals made by the Chief Executive Officer, Zilla Praja Parishad, Warangal, in his letter dated 18.12.2014, addressed to the Commissioner, Panchayat Raj & Rural Employment, Hyderabad, the respondents are directed to consider the representations of the petitioner and pass appropriate orders, as warranted by law, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of six (6) weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
