This writ petition is filed to declare the action of the respondents in rejecting the permission vide respondent No.3's letter No.C.No.62/SDPO-North/2018, dated 13-05-2018 as illegal and arbitrary.

The period i.e.18-04-2018 in between 3.00 PM and 5.00 PM for which the petitioner sought permission is over. In view of the same, the cause in the writ petition does not survive. However, if the petitioner requires any permission in future, it is open for the petitioner to make application and the respondents shall consider the same in accordance with law. With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of.
