Mr. Suresh Kumar Reddy Kalava after trying to persuade the Court for some time and particularly after seeing the stand taken by respondent No.3, requests the Court to permit the petitioner to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to apply afresh in accordance with law.

The writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn and it is open to petitioner to apply and likewise it is for respondents to take a decision in accordance with law and as the circumstances of the case warrant.
