THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM WRIT PETITION No. 11909 of 2015 ORDER:

Aggrieved of the inaction of the respondents in constituting the Managing Committee to Masjid-e-Asthabal, Sukrarpet, Khammam, inspite of the report submitted by the 4th respondent on 10.03.2015 and inspite of making several representations by the petitioner, the present writ petition is filed.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. M.A.K. Mukheed, learned Standing Counsel for the Waqf Board.

3. Mr. M.A.K. Mukheed, learned Standing Counsel for the Waqf Board submits that they have already initiated steps for constituting the Managing Committee as per G.O.Ms.No.74.

4. Recording the submission of the learned Standing Counsel for the Waqf Board, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondents to complete the process of constituting the Managing Committee, within four weeks from today. No costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending in this writ petition, shall stand closed.
