Bhosale) These Writ Petitions under Article 226 of the Constitution of India are filed against the private financial institution.

Sri Ch.Janardhan Reddy, learned counsel for the petitioner could not and did not satisfy the Court as to how the Writ Petitions are maintainable.

In any case, respondents 1 and 2 are not either State or State instrumentalities under Article 12 of the Constitution of India. Hence, petitions are dismissed as not maintainable with liberty to the petitioner to adopt appropriate remedy if any available to him for redressal of his grievance. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any, also stand disposed of.
