On 19.07.2018, as there was no representation for the appellants, the matter was directed to be listed on 26.07.2018 under the caption "For Orders". On 26.07.2018, a request was made by the learned counsel for the appellants to adjourn the matter to 09.08.2018 and accordingly, the matter was directed to be listed on 09.08.2018 under the same caption, i.e., 'For Orders'. On 09.08.2018, there was no representation for the appellants and hence, the matter was directed to be listed today under the same caption, i.e., 'For Orders'. Today, despite listing the matter under the caption "For Orders", there is no representation for the appellants. The learned Standing Counsel for the 4th respondentNational Insurance Company Limited is present. It appears that the appellants have no interest to pursue the appeal. 2 .
