This revision is filed aggrieved by the order dated 04.12.2017 in I.A.No.468 of 2017 in I.A.No.285 of 2015 in O.P.No.83 of 2014 on the file of the Senior Civil Judge, Nizamabad.

Heard the learned counsel for the revision petitioner and perused the record.

Admittedly, the said O.P. was filed for divorce between respondent Nos.1 and 2 herein. The petitioner is their daughter. She is not a necessary party in divorce O.P. The Court below has rightly dismissed the application filed by the petitioner for her impleadment in the divorce O.P. Hence, there are no circumstances to interfere with the impugned order and it is liable to be dismissed. 4.

In the result, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed.
